Although at first glance The Crystal Labyrinth seems to be a "guys" novel, Pan's position and pivotal role soon make it great novel for gals too. Ladies, please give it a chance: the female characters do become lead players.
You girls may want to give Spacesteader One a shot first.

Many of you have commented that your favorite characters in Spacesteader One are not any of the humans, but rather the mobile-androids, aka Mandroids. I think they're kinda cool too.

In The Crystal Labyrinth, what is now the Epilogue was originally (and should be) the Prologue. It is reproduced as the Prologue to The Crystal Labyrinth in the Short Stories tab on this site.
The reason I chose to move it to the end on my original publication is that I felt it might turn away many "unscientific-minded" readers who would otherwise simply love the story. Son of Man addresses many converging details of scripture and history, all while exploring the ramifications of cutting-edge genetics on same-sex marriage. This is a true sci-fi thriller, merging religion, history and genetics.
I expect to publish this March 2013. If you enjoy mysteries, action/adventure novels, thrillers, or just pure science fiction, you'll love Spacesteader One & The Crystal Labyrinth. Both are available in all eBook formats and good old-fashioned print.
